In this expanded role, Karen leads Waypost’s new Public Relations and Reputation Management services. Her work spans media outreach, press release development, online reputation management, event coordination, and strategic support for brand campaigns.
Karen first joined Waypost in 2021 as a Marketing Coordinator, later serving as Production Designer, where she helped connect visual design and data-driven marketing strategies. Over the past four years, she has played a key role in creative production and strategic communication, helping clients clarify their brand voice and enhance engagement.
