GREENVILLE, SC (September 22, 2026): Waypost Marketing is proud to announce that Michelle Griggs, Vice President and Creative Director, and Danielle Tebo, Director of Client Services, have been named 2026 SCBIZ Emerging Leaders Under 40 honorees. The recognition, presented by SCBIZ, honors 100 rising professionals from across South Carolina for their career achievements and their commitment to giving back to their communities.
Emerging Leaders Under 40 is the next chapter of what was formerly known as Forty Under 40, one of the state’s most respected professional recognition programs. What was once a regional honor has grown into a statewide platform celebrating high-achieving young leaders who are making an impact in their industries while also mentoring, volunteering, and investing in the people around them. Honorees are selected by a judging panel made up of prior-year honorees alongside the SCBIZ leadership team.
As Vice President, Griggs manages Waypost’s day-to-day operations, ensuring the company operates efficiently, stays aligned with set goals, and delivers exceptional work. As Creative Director, she sets the visual bar for Waypost and its clients, leading a design team that trades trend-chasing for intentional, brand-true work. She’s spent nearly two decades in the design field, joining Waypost in 2018 and stepping into the company’s Leadership Team in 2023.
Tebo joined Waypost in 2014 and has spent more than a decade as the powerhouse fueling sustained, long-term growth for the agency’s clients. As Director of Client Services, she doesn’t just manage key accounts, she drives the results that keep clients coming back.
