Position Overview

We hire interns to join our team for 12-week PAID internships to experience what it's like to work at a marketing agency. Every day is different, with the primary focus being to work with our team and develop and execute designs that will make an impact for our clients.

As a Graphic Design Intern, you’ll support our creative team in developing digital assets for client campaigns and the agency’s own marketing efforts. You’ll gain hands-on experience working on brand identity, social media graphics, website visuals, and more, all while sharpening your design skills and learning how creativity fuels marketing strategy. This is an in-office, part-time, paid position with a flexible start date.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design digital assets including social media posts, ad graphics, website pages, email templates, presentations, and more
  • Assist in creating and refining brand identities, campaign visuals, and marketing collateral
  • Collaborate with copywriters and strategists to align design with brand goals and messaging
  • Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute original ideas
  • Maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints
  • Stay current on design trends, social media aesthetics, responsive design aesthetics, and emerging digital tools

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Canva, Figma, or similar tools is a plus
  • Strong understanding of page layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Collaborative spirit and openness to feedback
  • A digital portfolio (student or professional) demonstrating creativity and design fundamentals. Applicants who do NOT submit a portfolio will not be considered.
